She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Borth and Sharon Borth (Ramm); and her son Jimmy Bugbee. She is survived by: her son Ricky Gabrielse (Amanda); her grandchildren, Isabella, Destiny, Jayden, Daevid and Theodore (Teddy); her sisters, Beverly Warrens (John), Barbara Borth and Cindy Karasek (David); her uncle Niles Borth; and her close friends, Jane Rasusch, Amy Hesler and Eileen Bailey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Sally's name.
