She was predeceased by: her husband John Oppeneer. She is survived by: her children, Steven Oppeneer (Martha) of Racine, Mary Kisiolek (David) of Howards Grove and Peter Oppeneer (Lawrie Kobza) of Madison; and her great grandchild Thora Vervoren. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in Rosemary's name to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
