She was predeceased by: her parents, Alois Hoell and Marie Hoell; her husband Richard Hermann; her siblings, Alois "Sonny" Hoell (Dorothy), William "Bill" Hoell, Marion Leisner (Jerry) and Lucille Van Deelen (James); and her sister-in-law Karen Hoell.

She is survived by: her children, Vicki Leonhardt (Jim) of Sheboygan and Dale Mueller of Sheboygan Falls; her grandchildren, Cory Leonhardt (Robin), Jenny DeCeuster (Dolf) and Leslie Mueller; her great grandchildren, Grace, Blake, Vincent, Oliver and Daniel; her brothers, Tom Hoell and Gary Hoell (Char); her sister-in-law Shirley Hoell; and her former husband Roger Mueller. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Rosemary's name.
