Neumann Jr. (Sheboygan, Wisconsin), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Neumann and Marie Neumann (Fowler); and his sister Joy Bardon (Neumann). He is survived by: his wife Marie Neumann; his children, Lee Anne Conta (Jeff) of Whitefish Bay and Thomas Neumann (Hollie) of Green Bay, Wisconsin; and his grandchildren, Patrick, Matthew and Katherine Conta. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
