He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Felker and Elsie Felker; and his sister Judith Kunath (Jack). He is survived by: his wife Jean Hemschemeyer; his children, Jed Felker (Ann) and Seth Felker (Vanessa Voss); and his grandchildren, Hannah Felker (Garrett Junemann), Logan Felker, Amelia Felker and Henry Felker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice, a local food pantry or Meals on Wheels in Richard's name are appreciated.
