He is survived by: his wife Kate Hendrikse of Sheboygan; his son Chris Hendrikse (Kim) of Sheboygan; his grandchildren, Noah (Adrian Lucas), Emma Zaragoza (Kevin), Sam and Caleb; his son T. J. Hendrikse (Laura) of Sheboygan; his grandchildren, Zach, Tanner (Alicia), Justin (Avery Phillips), Maddie, Xzairah and Jaimichael; his daughter Liesa Blattner (Jake) of Sheboygan; his grandchildren, Keeran, Donovan and Declan; his great grandchildren, Easton and Kohenn Hendrikse; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Fieldhouse, James Fieldhouse, George Fieldhouse (Josephine), Ron Fieldhouse (Laura) and Joyce Fieldhouse.
