He was predeceased by: his father Roger L. Bower; his brother Kenneth Bower; and his grandparents, Cleo, Ken Buskirk, Lewis and Rose Bower.
He is survived by: his mother Mary G. Rathsack Bower (Andrew); his daughter Kayla Bower; his sisters, Cynthia Passehl (Michael), Cathleen Dean (Mark) and Theresa Bower (Dave Munzinger); his nieces and nephews, Sonia Hernandez (Leyto), Ashley Bower (Russell Spettel), Michelle Archambault, Drusilla Dean (Joshua Biederwolf), Nicole Dean (Nick Alger), Matthew Dean, Kenny Bower (Hailey), Sara Bower (Kyle Herber), Kevin Bower (Megan Jean), Breanna Bower (Jerome Brost) and Sebastian Munzinger; his aunt Diane Pruitte; and his uncles, Howard (Mary) and Edward Buskirk, MD (Amy). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
A memorial fund has been established in his name.
