He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Falle (Gertrude). He is survived by: his wife Michelle Zietz; his brother Jack Falle (Darlene); his nephew Joe Falle (Tiffany); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Margaret, Maxwell Falle, Matt, Rachel Falle, Charlie and Eveyln Falle.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice in Patrick's name are appreciated.
