She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mattefs and Margaret Mattefs (Dapp); her husband Frank Graff; and her siblings, Charlie Mattefs and Delores Rotz.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Zabel (Steve) of Colorado, Sue McKinster (Chris) of Oostburg and Michael Graff (Amy) of Pewaukee; and her grandchildren, Amy, Brandon, Danielle Zabel, Paul, Aaron, Micah McKinster, Amanda Mauer, Morgan Busbey, Chase, Emma and Charlie Graff. She is also survived by 6 Great grandchildren; 1 Great-great grandson; Along with other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in Pat's name to Sheboygan eFree Church.
