With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia G. Hornes (Sheboygan, Wisconsin), born in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 3, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father James Keenan; her husband Robert Hornes; and her siblings, Donald Kennan, James Kennan Jr. (Kay), Rosemary Fortunato (Joe), Jerome Kennan, Madeline Wendel (Jack) and Robert Keenan (Shirley).
She is survived by: her pet Ambrosia; her children, Daniel Sams of Louisville, TN and Lecia Sams of Green Bay; her grandchildren, Laura of Louisville, TN and Alex Sams of Louisville, TN; and her sister Elaine Bauer (Ray). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Patricia's name can be made to the Sheboygan County Humane Society.
