She was predeceased by: her father Walter Meyer; her husband Phil; and her siblings, Barbara Gill and Walter Meyer. She is survived by: her former spouse Thomas C. Klemme; her daughters, Tracy Walvoord (JJ) and Kelly Harms (Mike); her grandchildren, Josie Duening, Tyler Walvoord, Tori Walvoord, Gena Harms and Jonah Harms; her siblings, Robert Meyer (Gail), Terry Meyer (Racel) and Carol Heinz; her siblings-in-law, Willy Gill and Peggy Meyer; her pets, Bosco and Skitto; her nieces and nephews, Stephen Meyer (Margo), Shaunanna Meyer, Tory Meyer, Nicole Meyer, Ashley Balde, Alisha Niedziejko (Jeremy) and Erin Heinz; and her close friend Edward Hovart.

A memorial fund has been established in Pat's name.
