She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Heinzen and Eleanor Hilbert Heinzen. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Berg; her children, Gary Daehn (Candy), David Daehn (Peggy), Mary Dallman (Steve) and Dan Berg; her grandchildren, Matthew Brock (Melanie), Leighann Lewis (Christian) and Sean Nack (Katie); her great grandchildren, Kelsey, Conner, Sadie, Alex, Sabryna, Shaydin, Kalea, Thomas and Sofia; her son-in-law Timothy Nack (Cheryl); and her friends, Phil and Della Nohl. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice, and a heartfelt thank you is also extended to the staff at the hospice for the compassion and care that was given to Patricia.
