She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Louise Hoffman and Jack Hoffman; and her brother Ronald Pitcel, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Cliff; her children, Melissa Patton (Nicholas) and Christopher Netzer (Mindy Kim); her grandchildren, Lilah, Elliott and Julian Patton; and her brother Robert Hoffman (Kathryn). She is also survived by cousins, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name for the Sheboygan County Cancer Care Fund.
