She is survived by: her daughter Meridith Perl (Herber); her grandchildren, Michael Perl of Sheboygan, Anthony Perl of Sheboygan, Tomi Jo Perl (Walter Holtrop) of Sheboygan and Elisabeth Martin (William) of Nashua, N. H.; her great grandchild Owen Martin of Nashua, N. H.; her siblings, Faye Hartline of Michigan, Judith Schreiner of Michigan, David Turnbull (Sharon) of Michigan and Marni Rose (Robert) of Michigan; her siblings-in-law, Jody Cappel and Jack Herber (Michele); and her caregivers, Melissa, Alexis, Bryan, Mikayla and Dr. Kuttickat. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
