He is survived by: his former wife Vicki Mentink; his wife Pamela Everson; his children, Tony Lane (Kathleen), Jon Hanson (Vanessa), Jason Hanson (Casey Grulkowski), Jamie Pool (Brian) and Stacey Thuemmler (Todd); his grandchildren, Jacob, Parker and Morgan; and his siblings, Virginia, Victoria, Anne, Lue and David. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Mike's name.
