He was predeceased by: his parents, Gayland Meyer and Margaret Meyer (Butzlaff); and his sister Gayle McConochie. He is survived by: his sons, David Meyer (Kelly) of Sheboygan and Casey Meyer of Sheboygan; his grandchildren, Brianna, Jocelyn, Blake, Charlie and Theodore Meyer; and his sisters, Sue Hawley (Howard) and Joanne Meyer. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
