He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cleereman and Joan Cleereman (Bey); his father-in-law Fred Gast; his brother Bill Cleereman; and his nephew Chris Stauber.
He is survived by: his wife Sharley Gast; his children, Michael Cleereman (Allison), Ryan Cleereman and Meghan DeVriend (Nick); his grandchildren, Gracie, Madelyn and Ashlyn; and his stepmother-in-law Alice M. "May" Gast. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
