He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Rusch and Rosella Riemer Rusch; his wife Ginny; his children, Lee Rusch, Jon Rusch and Sue Hert; his brother Arthur Rusch; and his siblings-in-law, Esther Lohuis, Shirley Lohuis, Nancy Rusch, Earl Lohius, Donald Lohuis and Melvin Stache.
He is survived by: his friend Don; his children, Kay Wodrich (Randall), Jay Rusch (Geri) and Joy Powers (William); his grandchildren, Jana DuMoulin (Alan), Ryan Wodrich (Andrea), Jessica Grier (James), Jill Hert, Joshua Hert (Leah), Kaylen Rusch (Austin Kramer) and Andrea Fleichfresser (Jordan); his sister Juiliann Stache; and his siblings-in-law, Norbert Lohuis and Janice Lohuis. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial fund has been established in his name.
