She was predeceased by: her father Merwyn Tetzlaff; her brother Merrill Tetzlaff; and her father-in-law Thomas Fredricks. She is survived by: her mother Dianne Tetzlaff (Noel) of Sheboygan; her husband Scott Fredricks of Sheboygan; her daughter Amanda Blindauer (Kyle) of Sheboygan Falls; her grandchildren, Chloe and Kadence Blindauer; her brothers, Merwyn Tetzlaff (Patti) of Kenosha, Michael Tetzlaff (Tami) of Racine and Ryan Prue (April) of Sheboygan Falls; her mother-in-law Suzanne Fredricks of Sheboygan; her siblings-in-law, Todd Fredricks (Dawn) of Sheboygan and Tracy Ploetz (David) of Cleveland, WI.; and her nieces and nephews, Samantha Lechusz (Jared), Austin Maxedon (Amy), Caleb Davis, Joshua Davis, Lydia Davis, Marisa Tetzlaff, Trevor Tetzlaff, Tristan Tetzlaff, Olivia Prue and Paris Prue. She is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Melissa's name.
