She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ninmer and Alice Krueter Ninmer; her husband Fred Lowe, III; her brothers, Robert, Ralph and Walter Ninmer; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Lange and Simon Salm.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Wood (Chad) of Sheboygan and Stacy Halverson (Tim) of Sheboygan; her grandchildren, Samantha, Kyle Wood and Cayden Mitchell (Gracie); her great grandchild Elaina Mitchell; her siblings, Roger Ninmer (Gail), Thomas Ninmer, Janie Lange of Riverview, FL, Nancy Winveen (Larry), Grace Reichardt (Richard) and Ann Salm; and her pet Dobby. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial fund has been established in her name.
