He was predeceased by: his father Lorten M. Berchem. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Felten; his daughters, Nicole Gammeter (Jason) of Castle Rock, CO and Sara Pung (Andrew) of Stillwater, MN; his grandchildren, Colin Gammeter, Katelyn and Madelyn Pung; his brother Allen Berchem (Peggy); his nephews, Todd Berchem (Ann), Troy Berchem and Tim Berchem (Laura); his niece Teresa Kolar (Jeff); his close friend Dottie; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Felten (Jane) of Sheboygan, Carolyn Scherrer of Zurich, Switzerland and Charlotte Wallander of Cato. He is also survived by other loving relatives and good friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Lorten's name.
