She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Thompson and Elaine Thompson (Brady); her siblings, Thomas, James, Michael and Toni Grahn; her nephew Scott Thompson; her niece Kim Hogue; her nephew-in-law Joseph Jacques; her great-niece Gabriella Jacques; her pets, Brownie and Inka; and also Charles Thompson.

She is survived by: her caregivers, Brett and Lisa Ver Velde; her siblings, Carol Kortenhorn (Peter), Sue Opgenorth, Patty Wojcik (Tony), Bobby Thompson (Dianna) and Mary Deehr; her nieces and nephews, Jack Hogue and Andrea Garrison; her close friend Danielle; and also Tristan.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home (1535 S 12th St, Sheboygan, WI 53081). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
