She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Fritz and Luella Fritz (Hayward); her husband Donald A. Gessler; and her sister Dolores Smith (Charles). She is survived by: her children, Timothy (Shelley), Thomas (Patty Harris) and Terese Gessler; her grandchildren, Paul (Elise), Phillip (Samantha Goldberg), Peter, John and Rebecca; her great grandchildren, Ava and Luke; and her pet Millie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives, many great friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund in Lois' name will be established for Immaculate Conception Church, Catholic Women's Charity Club and Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
