He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Sr. Norville and Dorothy Norville (Preiss); his wife Arlene Scott; his son-in-law Maury Lawrence; and his brother Wayne Norville.

He is survived by: his children, Gail Lawrence, Debra Merath (Monte), Gary Norville (Cheryl) and Mark Norville; his grandchildren, Travis (Shannon), Jason (Kristina), Joshua (Robin), Matthew (Julia), Jessica (Mike), Rebecca (Cahl), Marcus (Jessica) and Matt; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Sholts, Larane Garrett and Gerald Scott. He is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren.

A memorial fund is being established in LeRoy's name.
