He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Thorpe and Ruby Thorpe; his siblings, Eleanor Buehler of Brandon, SD and Russell Thorpe of Sterling, IL; and his daughter-in-law Debra Thorpe.
He is survived by: his former wife Beatrice Briley; his fiancé Shirley Westby of Sheboygan; his children, Richard (Judy) of Tuscaloosa, AL, Robert of Sheboygan, WI and Nancy Wright (David) of Cleveland, WI; and his grandchildren, Kelsey Wright and Logan Wright.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Luke United Methodist Church.
