He is survived by: his wife Donna Leitner; his children, Cindy Keitel (Jay), Julie Holfeltz (Nick Lambrou) and Brad Holfeltz (Ann); his grandchildren, Brooke Lederman (Eric), Trent Keitel (Sarah), Quinn Holfeltz and Lily Holfeltz; his great grandchildren, Easton and Madison Keitel; and his brother Michael Holfeltz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
