She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Dekanich and Sophia Dekanich. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas A. Balnaitis; her children, Ann Marie Buboltz (Rick) and John Balnaitis (Stephanie); and her brother Thomas Dekanich (Beverly). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Kathy's name for Trinity Lutheran Church and School.
