She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Haack (Evelyn) and Grayce Haack (Post); her former husband William Dodge, Sr.; her son William Dodge, Jr.; her sisters, Eva Wilbur, Linda Annamitta and Elsie Ashenette; and her pet Molly.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Maxey, Sr.; her daughters, Diana Dodge, Evelyn Dodge (Angel) and Barbara Dodge-Kunstman (Rick); her grandchildren, Nathan Dodge (Ashley), Deaven Dodge (Megan), Brianna Dodge, Anthony Jacoby (Jenn), Nichole Zelko, Jeffrey Zelko, Ricky Jr. Kunstman, Maria Kunstman and Cody Marco (Emily); her great grandchildren, Brayden, Aiyanna, Nadia, Matt, Aiyana, Fury, Leena, Lincoln, Arerith, Aymeric, Baby Chapman and Ryder; and her siblings, Fritz, Allen, Ralph Jr. Haack (Mary), Anita Kaquatosh, Donna Haack, Jean Haack and Sue Haack. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
