She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Paulson and Carita Paulson (Schmidt); her husband Bruce; and her brothers, Harvey Paulson (Jeanie) and Herb Paulson.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly Brotz and TJay Christenson (Julie); her grandchildren, Aiden, Rylee, Brenna and Nolan Brotz; and her brother Ralph Paulson (Judy). She is also survived by brother and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Karen's name.
