He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Raymond Levan, Jr. and Janet Kramer; his stepgrandfather David Herber; and his mother-in-law Carolyn Splawski. He is survived by: his parents, Dawn M. Herber (Kevin) and Chris W. Kramer (Maria); his wife Gabrielle S. Montoya; his son Aiden William; his siblings, Steven Kramer of Sheboygan, Kyle Halida (Bryan) of Sheboygan, Kyle Herber (Sara) of Sheboygan and Tristyn Heller; his grandparents, William Kramer and Julia Henning; his nephews, Maximus and Aubrey Herber; his aunts and uncles, Nicole Dahmer (Roy), Shelley Pamperin (Rod), Maryann Holbach (Dan) and Lonnie Levan (Marian); his stepgrandparents, Robert and Elaine Schukow; his father-in-law Carlos Montoya; and his brother-in-law Andrew Montoya. He is also survived by many cousins, other relatives and friends.
A memorial fund has been established in his name.
