He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pernaski and Eva Lucille Pernaski (Downey); and his sisters, Mary Bellanger (Louie) and Margaret Porkka (Al). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Patricia Gunkel (Ralph), Kelli Kisiolek (Scott), Karen Reed and Joseph Pernaski (Julia); his grandchildren, Christopher (Emily), Angela, Paige (Alex), Lauren, Joseph (Allie) and Sydney (Nick); and his great grandchildren, Audrey, Jackson and Jack Joseph. He is also survived by his wife, his four children, six grandchildren, and three greatgrandchildren.
