He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gordon, Dorothy O'Malley, Harold and June Brouillard; and his uncle Tom O'Malley.
He is survived by: his parents, Dennis O'Malley and Mary O'Malley (Brouillard) of Sheboygan Falls; his friend Shannon; his daughter Keisha O'Malley (Andrew) of Neenah; his sister Katie Zacharek (Mike); his grandchildren, Bryson and Emrie; his nephews, Jacob and Ethan; his uncles, Mike Brouillard (Mary) and Don Brouillard (Ginny) of Iron Mountain; his aunt Julie Foat (Rob) of Appleton; and his pets, Chevy and Tony.
