He is survived by: his siblings, Helen Plato (Terry), Richard Petermann, Nancy Neils (Mark) and Robert Petermann (Janet); and his close friends, Debbie Fettig and Jeff. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in John's name.
