She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Schomisch and Dorothy Schomisch (Schaefer); her parents-in-law, Lester and Doris Derus; and her brother-in-law Jim Connelly.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Derus of Sheboygan; her daughters, Jennifer Stricker (Beau) of Sheboygan and Andrea Groh (Aaron) of Sheboygan; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Alexandra Stricker, Zachary and Nolan Groh; her siblings, Jane Connelly of Athens, GA and Mark Schomisch (Jackie) of Fond du Lac; and her siblings-in-law, Richard Derus (Jean) of Sheboygan, David Derus (Mary Jean) of Sheboygan and Susan Derus (Doug Pilon) of Fond du Lac. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
