She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Hammerschmidt and Lydia Hammerschmidt (Maertz); her husband Milton Pirner; and her grandson Tim Tullberg. She is survived by: her daughters, Billie Garde, Bonnie Tullberg and Linda Bauman; her son-in-law Duane; her grandchildren, Tanya Welsh, Deanna Babino, James Tullberg (Renee), Rebecca Albrecht, Jon Wilson (Lori), Dean Baumann (Lindsey), Dale Bauman (Andrea), Jesse Tingley (Ashley), Ellie Tingley, Nicky and Jamie Lee Schuelke; her great grandchildren, Elsi, Jack, Jade, William, Lydia, Frances, Alexis, Macey, Evan, Adriana, Ruby, Jenna, Dylan, Perry, Summer, Autumn, Malachi, Mikalya, Makalya, Mateo and Enzo; and her great great grandchildren, Charlotte and Jackson.

Then COVID changed everything about the way family interactions were able to occur.
