He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jacoby and Rose Ann Jacoby (Stoiber); his brothers, Kenneth and William Jacoby; his great grandchild Oliver Powalisz; his in-laws, Raymond and Mathilda Koenig; and his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Spindler (Lester), Rose Mary Jean Wells (Jack) and Grace Scheibl (Dave).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane of Sheboygan; his children, Angela Anhalt (Scott) of Manitowoc and Jonathan Jacoby of Sheboygan; his grandchildren, Ashley Powalisz (Joe), Alex Anhalt, Crystal Anhalt (Michael Konik), Kayla Jacoby (Chris Prince) and Jordan Jacoby (Kate); and his great grandchild Silas Powalisz. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
