He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Yurk and Edna Zahn (Kempf); his wife Joan Schuster; his brother Robert; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia and Al Meinschock.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Yurk (Nancy) of Benbrook, Jeri Dreikosen (Leo) of Sheboygan and Jim Yurk (Brenda) of Sheboygan; his grandchildren, Derek Yurk (Megan), Erin Yurk, Justin Dreikosen (Dani), Elizabeth Dreikosen, Dominic Yurk (Nitika Yadlapalli) and Emily Yurk; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Lincoln and Everly Yurk; and his siblings, JoAnne Meinschock of Delavan, Richard Yurk (Karen) of High Point, NC and Gary Yurk (Mary) of Sheboygan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund will be established in Jerry's name to further youth bowling in Sheboygan County.
