She is survived by: her father Robert Forsythe; her pets, Hades and Mabel; her children, Rebecca DeVriend (Tucker) and Jason Clark (Cassandra); her grandchildren, Paisley DeVriend, Brinnley DeVriend, Grace Clark and Weston Clark; and her sisters, Kathy Ubbelohde (Ross) and Julie Guseck (LeRoy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
