He was predeceased by: his parents, John Miller and Betty Miller (Dobrenz); his siblings, Connie, John Jr., Kitty and Dennis; and his nephew Joey.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Jackie, Marsha, Janna, Nick, Ryan, John and Jimmy Tintle; and his sister-in-law Dawn (late John Jr). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
