She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton O. Vogel and Jeanette M. Vogel. She is survived by: her husband Lucas W. Dekanich; her daughter Jennifer Rothe (Greg); her granddaughters, Aubrey and Emma; and her siblings, Bruce Vogel (Arlene) of Pardeeville and Judy Mulder of Delevan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer's Education Endowment Fund in Janice's name.
