We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2022, at the age of 57, Jamie Lee Simonian Schroeder Hammen of Sheboygan, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Simonian and Arlene Belcher Simonian; her stepfather Raymond Salzwedel, Sr.; and her brothers, Richie and Clarence.
She is survived by: her husband Mark Schroeder; her children, Dezerae Lensink, Mathew Schroeder (Nicole) and Port of Washington; her grandchildren, Trinity, Chace, Riley Lensink, Hunter Schroeder, Kayla Schalow, Brayden, Colton, Dakota Schroeder and Austin Erdmann; and her siblings, Raymond Salzwedel (Becky), Jeff Salzwedel, Tammy Smith (Scott), Tisha Lengling (Bob Schomeman), Lea Weyker (Tony), Laura Halvorsen and Linda Davis (Mike). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial fund has been established in her name.
