He is survived by: his wife Patricia Guttmann; his children, Kenneth Bergschultz (Nicolette), Kevin Bergschultz, Virginia Bergschultz and Ann McFadden (Matthew); his grandchildren, Eric and Jacquelynne; and his brothers, Robert Bergschultz (Lynne) and Donald Bergschultz (Sherry). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Humane Society of Sheboygan County in his name.
