She is survived by: her husband Edgar Holmes; her sons, Steven, Ryan and Scott Holmes; her mother Helena Soltysik-Lukaszewski (Kunach); and her siblings, Marion Soltysik and Anne Cowden. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
