He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Westfall and Sue Westfall (O'Heron); his stepmother Helga Westfall; and his daughter Elli Westfall. He is survived by: his wife Rev. Judine Duerwaechter; his daughter S. Harper (Ryan Mayhew); his stepdaughters, Sonia Tanna (Samir), Anna Ninković (Teo) and Emily Gottsacker (Baron); and his sisters, Daryl Scane and Jill Simmons (Pete).
