He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hugo, Irene Grohskopf, John and Elaine Endsley. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Grohskopf of Sheboygan and Kathy Chappell (Endsley) of Sheboygan; his sister Rachael Sass (Jeff) of Sheboygan; and his nieces and nephews, Emily Sass, Zoe Scheuren, Lucas Sass, Aidan Scheuren and Olivia Scheuren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in Ira's name for St. Luke's United Methodist Church in Sheboygan to help support their community meals and food bank program.
