He was predeceased by: his parents, Conley Turner and Texie Turner; his siblings, Norman, Tommy and Nina; and his daughter Pamela (Scooter).
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Hammes; his children, Marion Raether (Mark) and Steven Turner (Susan); his grandchildren, Karly Denz (Dustin), Abigail Kissinger (Tyler) and Michael Taylor; his great grandchildren, Kylie, Logan and Oliver; and his sister Twila Smith. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
