She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver F. Allard and Helen C. Pristas; her husband Donald A. Fabian; her brother Oliver G. Allard; and her former husband Kenneth R. Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Ann Cook Sdano (Arnold) of Overland Park, KS, Mary Elizabeth Cook Sommersberger (Thomas) of Sheboygan, WI., Megan, Charlie of Rochester Hills, MI., Adrian Jr. of Greeley, CO. and Oliver.
