She was predeceased by: her parents, Wencel Hlavac and Matilda Bradac; her siblings, Robert Hlavac, Blanche Mann and Francis Hlavac (Joseph Dunn); her son Craig Dunn; and her great grandchild Hailey Dunn.
She is survived by: her husband Joe; her children, Gary Dunn (Joan) of Cedar Grove and Robyn Dunn of San Diego; her grandsons, Jason Dunn, Jeremy Dunn (Kim), Eric Dunn (Emily) and Adam Dunn (Alannah Woodward); and her great grandchildren, Colton and Callie Dunn.
A memorial fund has been established in Helen's name.
