He was predeceased by: his father Harlan Case; and his brother Harlan Case. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Warfield; his children, Shelley Buckley (Tom), Lisa Mitchell, Jason Case (Vicky) and Jessica Case; his grandchildren, Abbey, Griffin, Kasha, Mariah, Addison, Ashlynn, Jacob and Owen; and his sisters, Rosemarie Hosbein and Delores Delorme (Robert). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Memorial donations can be made in Jerry's name to the Sheboygan County Humane Society.
