She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Bittner and Lucille Bolz Bittner; her husband Willard A. Schmitting; her grandson John Tzortzos; her siblings, Francis Blahnik, William Bittner (Madeline) and Rosemary Krebsbach (Elroy); and her brother-in-law Lloyd Koehler.
She is survived by: her children, James Schmitting (Roxane), JoAnn Dubin (Ron) of Harrogate, TN, Karen Schmitting (Kevin Ryan), Diane Schmitting (Scott Luedke), Darold Schmitting (Pam), Cindy Tzortzos (George), Patricia Lindow (Dan), Kelly Dorn (Craig) and John Schmitting (Tina); her grandchildren, Jesse (Krystal), Drew, Kyle Schmitting (Kamile), Carly Tabori, Natalie, Katherine, Nathan Dubin (Jaymee), Jack (Kim), Liam (Madeline), Eleanor Ryan, Laura Walsh (Bill), Margot Nudelman (Maxwell), Shawn Schmitting (Avra), Morgan Strauss (Judd), Elizabeth Geil (Ryan), Jacob Tzortzos, Dylan, Sam Lindow, Alexandria, Maxwell Dorn, Zachary (Kayla) and Jake Schmitting; her great grandchildren, Finley, Sloan, Graham, Madeline, Noah, Grady, Penelope, William, Bridget, Spencer, Logan, Konner and Amelia; her sister Susan Koehler; and her sister-in-law Delores Blahnik. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
